When you drop by our office to pick up your new aligners your dentist is going to take some time to ensure that your aligners fit your smile perfectly. Every aligner has a specific role to play in correcting your smile issues, so it's important that we take the time to be sure that your aligners fit just right.
Answering Your Treatment Questions
Once your dentist has checked that your new aligners fit correctly they will take some time to review your personalized treatment plan with you. Then your dentist will explain exactly how and when to wear your new aligners, and answer any questions you may have about your Invisalign treatment.
Reviewing Your Invisalign Treatment Plan
Your dentist will also explain what to expect during your first few days of treatment, and what you can do to minimize any initial discomfort you may experience. Then before you head home, your dentist will take a few minutes to review how you should care for your teeth and your aligners throughout your treatment.
It's Time To Being Your Journey To A Straighter Smile
When your appointment is over, be sure to stop by our reception area to book your next appointment. Although there are no adjustment appointments required with Invisalign it is important for you to visit us so that your dentist can monitor your treatment progress. These brief appointments will be scheduled every 6-8 weeks, and allow you and your dentist to track the transformation of your smile.
