Eat and drink everything you normally would
With standard braces, patients are often limited with what they can eat. Some foods will damage, or get trapped between braces. Invisalign trays are removable, which allows patients to eat or drink anything they would normally.
The only difference is that before you can put your trays back in your mouth, you will need to brush your teeth.
Your speech won't drastically change
Invisalign trays are custom-made and fit snugly over your teeth. As with any oral appliance, while you are getting used to the device, your speech may differ slightly. Don't be concerned, this is completely normal and will often go away quickly.
